Overview

Integrale is an immersive learning event that opens the eyes of its delegates to the hidden and powerful forces that run through teams.   Leaders who attend will acquire insight and strategies to influence group dynamics so that their teams can learn to think together.

Day 1:

Invisible relational lines and hidden laws shape the dynamics of a team.  Some of these are conducive to high performance and some are not; it depends on what the leader is leading for. Inventing an empowering future that allows for organic, self-organised behaviour to surface in a group is a delicate art.

It is achieved through enrolment, bounding chaos and developing insight into our own preferences so that we can limit the imposition of our own ego on the system.

Theories include: Gestalt, Forces of Cohesion, Chaos Theory, Personal Construct Theory.

Day 2:

But humans are human. As teams become empowered, power can corrode relationships. Understanding conflict and its resolution helps leaders to engender the quality of interaction required for the new world’s challenges. With relationships healthy and communication clean, the leader can look beyond the pairs and triangles and see the team holistically.

Using integral theory, they can assess the “group-think” and decide what cultural interventions are required.

Theories include:  Types of Power, Social Influence, Beliefs of Conflict, Memes, Integral theory

Day 3:

The 2020’s will require a new level of communication and a unique quality of team behaviour.  This will, in most cases, involve raising the level of consciousness.  Leaps in consciousness are associated with experiencing the limits of the current way of thinking.

Exploring the shadow side of the current team culture gives the leader an agenda, language and some key actions for developing their team into second tier thinking.

Theories include:  Shadow Archetype, Organisational Change, Fractals, Schemas of Reference

Delegates will learn how to:

  • Understand the relational and cultural issues in their team.
  • Intervene sensitively into a group dynamic and lead it to better effectiveness.
  • Set a vision and guidelines for a team that is resilient to chaos.
  • Resolve conflict.
  • Understand the triangles of relationship in their teams
  • Provoke the level of consciousness in their team to a more appropriate level.
  • Create change at a deeper systemic level in their businesses
  • Lead with a greater level of self-awareness

Utterly remarkable.
